    PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Quoted invoices or projects will only commence upon payment of a non-refundable Project Initiation Fee, which covers labor, parts, and service preparations. (The Full invoice Amount)

    Immediate Payment Obligation and Breach

    Notwithstanding the final project completion status, where the Company has performed work, including but not limited to fault-finding, material procurement, design, or initial installation phases (collectively, “Pre-Completion Work”), or where an upfront payment (deposit) is required, the full invoiced amount for that required payment or performed work/procured materials shall become immediately due and payable on the date specified on the invoice. Failure to settle any such due amount by the due date shall constitute a material breach of these terms, entitling the Company to suspend all further work immediately and initiate debt collection procedures.

    Card Payment Terms for Fault-Finding

    • Payment Upon Completion: Payment is required immediately via EFT or Card Payment upon completion of fault-finding services.
    • 48-Hour Grace Period: Allow up to 48 hours for EFT payments to reflect. Card payments must reflect instantly.
    • Default Action: If payment is not received within 48 hours, a final payment reminder will be sent with a 7-day deadline. Failure to pay will result in suspension of ongoing work and initiation of the debt collection process, which may include the 30, 60, 90-day reminders with penalties or, if permitted by law, a quicker remedy to hand over the account to collectors.
     

    Fault-Finding Services

    • An hourly fee applies for fault-finding services, with payment deferred until after the service is completed.

      • Upon fault find, service has been rendered and immediate payment is due via EFT or Card Payment, through our card payment system.
      • If repairs are approved during the same visit, standard hourly labor rates will apply. An upfront fee for the repair, including the fault-finding fee, must be paid via card or EFT before repair work starts.

        No Travel Fee
        No travel fee is charged within our service areas.

    How We Manage Overdue Invoices

    • 30 Days Overdue: A polite reminder will be sent, and a late fee of 2.5% will apply. Payment must be settled within 4 days to avoid further penalties or action.
    • 60 Days Overdue: A strong reminder will be issued, and an additional late fee of 2.5% will apply. Clients will be informed that the account is at risk of being handed over to debt collectors.
    • 90 Days Overdue: The account will be handed over to a debt collection agency. An additional handover fee will apply, and any associated collection costs will be added to the outstanding balance, along with another 2.5% late fee.

    Right of Lien, Recovery, and Sale

    • If the Client fails to pay the full outstanding balance by the due date, the Company shall have a lien over any uninstalled Goods in the Company’s possession or stored on the Client’s site. The Client irrevocably grants the Company the right to recover possession of any uninstalled Goods without notice. Furthermore, the Company may sell such recovered Goods to a third party to offset the outstanding debt and all associated recovery costs. The Company shall provide the Client with seven (7) calendar days written notice of its intention to sell the Goods. The Client shall remain fully liable for any shortfall between the outstanding debt and the net proceeds of the sale.
