    If you have a purchased a product from our website, then you be able to request a return and refund via our website, provided that the request is made within 30 (thirty) days from date of purchase.

    To request a return, you will be required to request a refund by clicking on

    Builders will process a return and refund via the website subject to the following terms:

    • All returns and refund requests must be submitted to Toptronic Energy Electrical within 2 (two) days from date of delivery. You will need to visit a Online Store in the event that your return and refund request is older than 2 (two) days from date of delivery.

    • Toptronic Energy Electrical will gladly accept your return in the following instances:

      • the product is returned in the same condition in which it was in when it was delivered to you and it is in its original packaging;

      • the product is faulty and/or damage, subject to Toptronic and its suppliers having the right to first inspect the product and the product has been used in accordance with the manufactures instructions;

      • the incorrect product was delivered to you; and/or

      • the order is incomplete and you wish to return the order.

    • Toptronic Energy Electrical will only collect the product from the same address at which it was delivered. Toptronic Energy Electrical may, in its discretion, charge you a 5% collection fee alternatively.

    • Toptronic Energy Electrical and its nominated delivery service providers will contact you to arrange collection of the product from the nominated address. You hereby consent to Toptronic Energy Electrical providing your personal information to the nominated delivery service provider in order to give effect to your request.

    • Toptronic Energy Electrical will be entitled to inspect the product and/or send the product to its supplier for testing prior to processing any refund. Toptronic Energy Electrical will not be obliged to process any refund in the event that the fault and/or damage is as a result of

      • ordinary wear and tear;

      • non-compliance with the manufacturers specifications, negligence, user abuse and/or incorrect usage;

      • any electrical surges and/or damaged by lightening.

    • Toptronic Energy Electrical will not be able to refund or exchange cut to measure, special ordered items or paint products tinted to specified requirements as these are customised to your requirements unless said items are found to be materially defective. Toptronic Energy Electrical will also not be able to refund you for any Electrical Cables, Lithium Batteries, Gel Batteries, Inverters that was connected.

    • Refunds will be processed in accordance with Toptronic Energy Electrical refund and returns policy and in a payment method that was used the order was created and into the account it was paid (e.g credit card, EFT or credit the Trade Account).

    • A refund can take up to 7 (seven) business to reflect in your account, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.

    • Toptronic Energy Electrical will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid less the following:

      • Any delivery costs already incurred by Builders;

      • Any restocking fee for special orders.

    • In the event that you have had a change of heart and would like to return a product, Toptronic Energy Electrical will gladly process the return and refund subject to these terms and conditions. Toptronic Energy Electrical may, in its discretion, charge you any additional delivery fees in respect of the collection of such products.


     To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
